Are you fully remote?

No. We're hybrid. Most roles are 2–3 days a week in our London office, the rest from home. We're not a remote-only company, but we're not a 9-to-5 office either. The exact split is set per role.

How big is the team?

Small. Five co-founders, with our first wave of hires going out now. You'll know everyone by name. That's the point.

Will I work on one product or several?

Several. Pixtech is a portfolio company building multiple SaaS products in parallel. Most roles touch all of them. That's the variety, and that's the pace.

What's the stack?

Next.js, TypeScript, Tailwind, Supabase, Stripe — modern, lean, opinionated. We're AI-augmented end to end.

What's the interview process?

Short and substantial. A 30-minute intro call, a focused practical task that won't take more than two hours of your time, and a final conversation with the founders. We aim to respond to every application within 7 days.
